Doctor is listed as my pcp and when I called to make an appointment, the lady was VERY RUDE. I told her my insurance, and she says “we don’t accept that and hung up”. Called again, and then explained this is on my insurance, and the. She hangs up. Very rude and unacceptable.

Dr Scott is thorough and takes his time with me. He answers all my questions and does not rush me out of the office. If you are looking for a kind and compassionate doctor this is your doctor.

Called to find out if they received my particular health insurance, the lady said no we do not take that insurance and hanged up on me. Very very rude. On my health insurance website portal this practice is listed as a member and I wanted to ask why are they not taking this insurance even though they are listed on the web portal. Good thing they did not take my insurance. The doctor may be good, but if the staff is this rude, I rather go somewhere else.

Excellent service. Staff is great and Dr Scott has always done a phenomenal job taking care of my Dad. Appreciate it. Thanks!!
