Shiva Shamtoub, DO

I recently switched to Dr. Shiva Shamtoub as my new primary care physician, and I’m very happy with my experience. The front desk staff were so welcoming and professional — they made the check-in process easy and stress-free. The doctor himself was very attentive, took time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone, from the staff to the front desk, was kind and respectful. I really appreciated the quality of care and the great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I’ve ended up at the hospital more than once upon being sent home from this doctor’s office and told to come back next month despite my acute, urgent situation. I’ve left & gone to different doctors same day who are shocked I wasn’t treated for the obvious, and send me to the hospital on IV meds. I’ve been called a Week later and told bloodwork came back I need to go to the ER right now...for the emergency I came there for last week!? Front desk didn’t handle me explaining this well today either. Receptionist just sighed and said, “I have other patients.” Ok, before I wrote this review, I tried…4 years! Dr Shamtoub can be dismissive & she can show care. It’s not all bad. But patients feel like an assembly line ($), quantity over quality treatment. #honestreview

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor's office. The customer service was abysmal, and I would have given them 0 stars if I could. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no empathy or concern for my needs as a patient. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your healthcare needs.

The wait time is HOURS! It always takes a very long time to see the doctor here. Then when you do see her she does not take the time to diagnose you correctly. She rushes you out and doesn’t listen and just prescribes medications that make no sense. Honestly I tried giving this place a chance multiple times and I cannot do it anymore. Switching primary doctors immediately.

Anytime I call lady never ever listen my entire problem I am trying say she doesn't let me finish so rude they never ever treat me single time and she said she has to charge me co pay they never pick up phone when we call too ... it's been 2 years I have insurance I end up changing my primary doctor these people don't deserve to do their even their own jobs And yeah I wish I could give you 0 I changed to Dr. Laveena by the way learn from that doctor something which help you to improve your service
