Went for my first appointment with Doctor Chan today. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. He didn't see me until 3:30pm. I understand that you have to wait in most offices but this was beyond rude. If I hadn't paid ahead of time (receptionist asked me for my $20 copay soon after I got there) I would have just walked out. The physical consisted of a few questions and he handed me off back to the receptionist / nurse who drew my blood and asked me for a urine sample. After I go back next week for my test results I'm never coming back. Ridiculous...

I bring my mom to see the Dr.Chan. I have to wait for long long time there. And the assistant is not nice there. They have no patient when I ask questions .

He diagnosed my heart problems before a cardiologist sent me for five different tests.
