The Dr. Cho is great. His office staff are rude and incompetent. They’ll schedule any appointment to get you in but will not go through the billing process. I received a text after scheduling an appointment over the phone that I will need to pay a $500 deductible and to call their office for an explanation. I call and am told to speak to my insurance provider. I was on the phone with their office 3 times and no one mentions this until after I schedule an appointment and then they send a text.

I called because the instructions told me to follow a clear LIQUID diet but i can’t follow those instructions due to dialysis and diabetes, so i have diabetic crashes. i need to limit my fluid intake. The receptionist kept telling me, in different ways I need to have follow the liquid diet, it was just us going back and forth, me repeating i need to limit my fluid intake and he kept telling me i need to take in fluids in a different format. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have other conditions.

If I could give him zero stars, I would. If he was having a bad or busy day, fine. But if you don't want to see patients and listen to what they need or what they're concerned about, DON'T HAVE A PRIVATE PRACTICE. He was BEYOND unprofessional and rude. He was dismissive to a patient that was waiting to see him, condescending, and did not answer any of the questions the patient had. So if a patient wants clarification or information ON A PROCEDURE THAT HE'S CONCERNED ABOUT and wants more INFORMATION, don't come out to the waiting area and YELL AT THE PATIENT for asking and literally BLASTING sensitive/private information IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE. He's a doctor - he MUST realize that he's violating HIPPA? Or did they not teach that to him in medical school? Trust and believe, I am looking into other ways to report him to the city and state. If you care about your parents, don't ever go see him. Look for another Korean speaking doctor. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a so called medical professional.

The front desk girls were very nice, attentive and professional. Dr. Cho was GREAT. He was patient with me and never dismissive. Dr. Cho allows you to speak your concerns and explains everything to you. I highly recommend this office.

Doctor Cho is just amazing. Kind, passionate, professional yet empathetic, he takes his time in listening to his patients and carefully explaining the various reasons for your discomfort and the available solutions. Colonoscopy was a breeze. Could not recommend his services highly enough!
