Dr Samir was dismissive during what was supposed to be 90 minute appointment; as we now know he was sent to take away my son's diagnosis of AIE. He continuously interrupted and misspoke in reference to my son's medical records and response to immunotherapy while relying on other sabotaging doctor's info and dismissing our experience. We have continually asked for an appointment to r with Dr. Najjar with the belief that my son has ANTI NMDARE , we have been turned away continually and was rerouted to this doctor who came with one intention ONLY, which was to reverse the diagnosis his peer had given him 2 months earlier who had no PLAN. He at times tried to waste the appointment time and focus on my frustration and had to be redirected to focus on my child as he wasted several minutes. This man claimed that one can't have a case of NMDARE and it be seronegative, which is an ABSOLUTE FALSEHOOD. The case of Susan Cahallan was seronegative and the only way to prove her diagnosis was via brain biopsy, which is why they're world famous for treating this condition! HE showed that he absolutely didn't care about my child's condition and only was there to do the job he was sent to do!!! I am now in contact with a medical investigator reporter because it's become an issue when these doctors are more about covering up for their peers and other providers than they are for the care of their patients. The amount of times this doctor interrupted with his refutes of medical info and was completely wrong was UNREAL. It showed that when his nursing assistant said, " he's not ready yet and a reading the medical history" was ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!! Nevertheless how do you read a 2 yr medical history 30 minutes prior to the appointment and retain the info?!? This is why he was wrong during the entire appointment and never considered anything we mentioned... it was all to REVERSE THE DIAGNOSIS of his colleague who has 40 yrs in this but NO PLAN!!!! Nevertheless, DON'T pay to sit with this immunologist unless you know that you are there to discuss a plan of treatment. WE DROVE OVER 100 MILES for him to spend an hr in the appointment and get paid to reverse diagnosis and rushing the entire time saying the office closed long ago.... he got paid for what he knew he was already going to do and even provided my son with instructions on the clock test... from how to draw it to which hands are which; this test is crucial when testing for ANTI NMDARE...claiming, "these kids of today are not familiar with original clocks!" My son has been drawing clocks since elementary and learned in private school...if he's administered this test right .... he wd have seen that despite the meds he's on that there is current inflammation that's going on; however, when you're this cocky and arrogant you wouldn't be able to see past your own INFLATED EGO... NO BUENO! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I used to go to Dr. Samir Alkabie NP, Grace who was amazing but since she left, Dr. Alkabie & office has not been friendly nor helped with my concerns.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the extraordinary care provided by this doctor Samir Alkabie. At a time when we were facing the unexpected and most difficult diagnoses, he became a true beacon of hope. He is a profoundly present and active listener who treats you with an unmatched level of humanity and compassion.He leaves no stone unturned—taking the time to meticulously review every past and present medical record, lab test, MRI, CT scan, and previous medication. He truly listens to every single health and neurological concern without rushing. Instead of just treating symptoms, he focuses on being a true part of the solution by prescribing necessary medications and immediately referring us to the exact specialists needed for recovery. When we needed it most, his profound support gave us the strength to embrace the future. He is everything a physician should be.

Dr. Samir Alkabie has been a God sent to me. I have experienced a lot of symptoms that were unidentified by many providers in my region for about 3 years in addition to some work related injuries at work though the symptoms of the work related injuries were different. I was even misdiagnosed with Neuropathy Diabetes in my region by a reputable Neurologist in my region as my symptoms further deteriorated. I knew that I didn’t have that because I didn’t have any related symptoms such as dizziness (vertigo) etc. My symptoms started to scare me even the more as more inexplicable symptoms were coming to Fruition. My life slowly improving when I met Dr. Alkabie with the care, compassion, humanistic approach, and determination to find what was wrong with me as he stated to me “ I will find out what’s wrong with you” with such confidence, and willingness to help me get better after all the visual neurological testing was done. I and my family felt so confident that we were close to finding what was wrong with me and this was done after having taken a multitude of blood work n the same day. Less than a month later, we finally has a diagnosis. He immediately met with me and family to discuss the findings as per my consensus. I started to feel slightly better within 3 weeks of being on these medications regimen where the most aggressive symptoms started to diminish. I was hopeless for a second prior to meeting Dr Samir Alkabie and regaining my hope wasn’t hard to sprouting. I am not where I need to be but certainly much farther than where I came from after God. I cannot stop telling everyone about Dr. Samir Alkabie not from an emotional point of view but simply from lived agony and experiences that I have endured prior to meeting the Great medically anointed Dr. Samir Alkabie. He also works with a phenomenal, professional team as he is. Thank you Dr. Samir Alkabie after God for allowing me to have been so blessed and able to smell all my beautiful flowers and opened my gifts on Mother’s Day. I pray that you remain with this practice because you are truly an asset to all your patients, and facility. We need more of you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
