I’ve literally only seen this doctor once. The appointment was fine. But every time I call to schedule an appointment or get a refill no answers. For months I’ve called and it would go to voicemail. Sometimes I could leave a voicemail and sometimes the “mailbox was not setup”. Which is weird for a doctor’s office. It’s the same number but at times it would be the doctors voice saying to leave a message and at other times it would be an automated voice telling you to leave a message or press “2“ if it’s an emergency. At one point I honestly thought the doctor died because the number actually would be picked up by a sneering machine for some man’s construction business. So I thought that maybe something happened and the office is no longer owned by his practice. But today is 11/18/23 and I’ve been calling since last week and the voicemail is back to “you’ve reached the office of Roger Boykin”…so idk what’s going on…I’m generally healthy and just need my asthma medicine refilled periodically so I was trying to avoid having to switch doctors just to avoid the hassle of having to go in office to get new prescriptions. Ur at this point I no longer have a choice.

The worst office everrr everytime i had an appointment they cancelled it and in a very rude tone.. They dont matter if u in pain not even for a refill..I Dont recommended this place at all.

This is the worst doctor's office in New York . The receptionist is so rude and never answers the phone . I honestly don’t know how this place is even open for business. Sorry to say it’s time they close this establishment !!!!!!!!!

Went to the doctor's office on Saturday this past Saturday and it is now Wednesday and they still have not sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy yet I'm sick and in pain and I've been suffering for days because people are freaking incompetent.

Dr Boykin is a great Doctor there is no waiting and he's very well matter
