Rekha Bhandari, MD

Sadly I was unable to meet Dr. Bhandari as she was out of the office. However, this is a warning against the office manager Martha. Avoid this office because Martha is highly unprofessional has no respect for people who are disabled. I walked around for several minutes not knowing where this office was located. It's on the second floor, she didn't advise us that Dr. Bhandari had an emergency, when I kindly asked her for her name she refused and got a hissy fit and keeps asking if we can go to the Bushwick office instead. The worst part is I filed a complaint and Dr. Bhandari's 'associate' was as awful; irritable, unhelpful and argumentative. Avoid Glendridge associates at all costs! Some people should not work in the medical field.

Google review (Kecia Cotton (Kay)): Although the office in Bushwick has the tendency to change staff often for whatever reason. Dr. Bhandari is an excellent doctor! Her bedside manner is excellent! She cares, she listen and she's compassionate.

I usually hate going to a doctors office (long wait times, terrible bedside manner, not listening just prescribing etc.). But then I found this office through health first and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was so nice, thorough, empathetic, and honest. It was clean and overall had a good energy. So happy to finally have a gp that I like and trust.

Watch out for That office manager MARTHA she’s Rude and Obnoxious totally 💯 unprofessional how do they keep her working there is unacceptable only if those Doctors knew how Rude she is and she Lies in your face so be prepared
