Rashmae Chardavoyne, MD

So I come in support of my wife and realize after a shade under 3 hours, it is very hard to show support for a loved one when agitated due to poor scheduling and squeezing people in the waiting room like sardines. The front desk are very competent but the doctor is very unfair. Knowing her own pace and timeline for procedures, there should be an understanding and care for her patients. Not everybody has 3 hours to wait just to be seen. Between the procedure and waiting room, we are on 4 hours. Unethical and absurd. Time for a new doctor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This doctor is probably the worst doctor I have ever been to. I got there at 4:00 pm, and I waited there until 6:00 pm. Not only is the wait time extremely long, but the service was also horrible. Dr. Rashmae was so rude to me and didn’t even want to listen to my problem. She first asked me what my problem was, and while I was explaining it to her, she interrupted me and told me to stop explaining. She then started comparing me to other patients and saying that my pain isn’t important and as bad as other patients. The way she treated me was disgusting and she disregarded my feelings and pain as if it wasn't important. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. If I could give a 0-star review I would.

He exhibited a high level of competence and compassion. His ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the appointment process was well appreciated. The reception staff (Sonia, Faiza and Farhan) were incredibly efficient and accommodating, handling scheduling and administrative tasks with ease. Their friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and courteously.

Had a great experience here! Staff was very welcoming and kind! I always went in the morning and their service was quick and very nice. These other comments are complaining about a long wait time, however in every single doctors office there is a wait time, you always have to wait in every office, it’s a busy place because Dr.Rashmae is a great doctor! Thankful for the services their office provided!

I am totally surprised at the other reviews I have read. My husband is a patient of Dr. Chardavoyne's, and she has been nothing but amazing with him. As a concerned wife I want to know everything that Is going on with my husband. She has performed 2 surgeries on my husband and has always made sure to come to me and keep me posted on how the procedure went, what to expect and what I should do for him. She is an amazing Dr.
