If I could leave a review for zero stars, I would. My mom has been going to this eye doctor for years and she would always complain that he was moody. Well, today I took her in her wheelchair to see him (she’s 91 and immobile) and I now understand. I asked him a question as my mom’s advocate and he said “don’t ask me any questions”. I was shocked. He should not be dealing with people at all. He is curt and rude, his office is outdated and dirty. He runs a factory. Please take this review to heart. I am still dumbfounded.

Terrible experience. The staff and doctors all have no social skills. I was told to do this and that without explanation of why. No hello, no explanation, just robotic, short directions. What made that so unbearable is the 2 hour wait. I came in at 10:30 and left at 12:50! In that two hour visit, i was called 3x for procedures that took less than 5 mins to complete. I was told I was waiting for my eye drops to settle, which takes 20 mins. They had me waiting 45 minutes for my eye drop to settle! To rephrase, for 10 minutes of procedures, i waited more than 2 hours. Without any greeting, explanation, etc. It made me feel like my concerns wasn’t being addressed. They also have 4 forms be filled out for new patients asking for such unnecessary and personal information such as SSN, Job Title, Job Company, etc. I can’t even say if my concern has been fully addressed. Waste of time.
