I have been visiting Dr. Singh for several years and I had another excellent experience with him and his office/staff. Dr. Singh took time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The different eye exams were all thorough. I left the office feeling well informed and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Singh.

The doctor used technical medical language that my mother and grandmother, who are not in healthcare, couldn’t understand. Dr. Singh was not patient with explaining what those terms meant and was condescending. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone else, and I feel terrible for recommending this doctor to my grandmother. I’m sure he is a very competent doctor but the attitude is not welcoming. Otherwise, the front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly and it was very easy to make an appointment.

Dr. Singh and the Downtown Ophthalmology office and staff are amazing . The whole team was very pleasant from the minute I walked in to when I left, and the office was a very nice modern environment. The whole experience was A++. I called without a referral to see if I could come in quickly because I had an emergency condition and they said no problem and saw me immediately, and then when I got there they got me right into an exam room. Dr. Singh patiently listened to me while I talked through my issue, and then diagnosed my condition right away, treated me with expert care, and calmly and gently guided me through a procedure without any pain or discomfort. They were then super attentive with follow-up over the next several days to make sure I was healing well. From all the discussion I had, I could tell Dr. Singh and everyone who helped me were experts and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice for their top level expertise, knowledge, and care.
