I love my Dr Jackson. So kind sweet polite. Gbu Dr Jackson with many more years. They always treat me right,i have no complaints so far.

I called the office on Monday 03/09/2020 and a woman picked up and when I asked to schedule an appointment for one of my patients because I couldn't hear her clearly with all the noise in the background she VERY rudely told me she couldn''t schedule an appointment because the office was closed!! CLOSED???? YOU just picked up the phone. Now come Tuesday ,this same woman picks up the phone and puts me on hold for so long that I had to hang up.

I had the exact same experience as the review right before mine. The woman who answered the phone was needlessly rude, huge turnoff from getting anything serious done at this location
