He was my PCP and GI for many years! Great doctor and great man! Really sweet. He treated his patients and staff like family. His staff were great too, really caring!

The Doctor himself is great. Patient, nice and very knowledgeable. The staff on the other hand is horrendous. I had to call between 10 and 15 times for an itemized bill for my insurance. I am having trouble paying for some of the procedures I need done and they are of no hope whatsoever. They answer the phone at their best convenience (roughly one out of every 4 phone calls) and are just plain old rude. I would stay away from this office as the office staff is very unprofessional.

Dr. Baiocco is outstanding! Smart, caring, thorough and takes his time to talk to you. His staff and nurses are absolutely amazing! Personable, helpful and always a smile on their face. They answer the phone in record time and take care of whatever I need immediately. By far my favorite doctor and office staff in the world.

I came to the doctor a week ago, and the doctor was fine, but the staff is very disorganized. I asked them to share with me my blood test results, and the lady at the front desk said that I’ll be able to see my blood test results online or they can email them to me. After several days when my blood test results were ready, I called to the office because I didn’t see my blood test results online, and I asked to send it me. And the lady said that she cant do it and she doesn’t now why there is no results online (well, who knows then??). Basically they told me that I can’t see my own test results and they can’t help me. It’s already been a week, and there is still nothing online, and no one responds to the phone calls. I had to reschedule my other appointment with another doctor 3 times already, just because no one in this office can’t give me my lab results. Very disappointed. Now I have to find another doctor and pass the tests again.
