The staff and doctor clearly have an amazing relationship, and the way they work together truly shows in the care they give their patients. They treat you with so much genuine kindness, attention, and respect, it’s 1000% real. I’ve officially found my ENT for life, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family. These people are awesome!!

He’s a really good doctor I like him a lot. He even takes the blood work himself and does a very good job. He’s very funny and makes you feel so comfortable. The nursing assistants unfortunately stuck me in the children’s room and didn’t communicate this properly to the doctor so I was left there for a lot longer than I should have been. But other than that I am pleased and I will be back to see this excellent doctor again.

My husband and I saw Dr. Peter Gontzes at the Bay Ridge location, and he was great! He’s a very knowledgeable and professional doctor, but also super friendly and funny. He made us feel comfortable right away and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The staff was also very welcoming and professional. We did an allergy test during the visit, and the assistant explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this physician to anyone with children. He carries himself with an air of arrogance and comes across as condescending. What upset me most was when he referred to my child as a “kid” my child is not a goat, and more importantly, he has a name and should be addressed respectfully. The physician’s bedside manner was poor and dismissive. Regardless of his credentials, every patient especially children deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. While the front desk staff was reasonably polite, the nurse also came off as arrogant. I would never consider returning to this office or recommending it to anyone. Perhaps he’s better suited to working with adults, but when it comes to children, absolutely not.

Dr. Gontzes was very knowledgeable about my condition. He made me feel comfortable with his patience and humor. He was very easy to talk and offered options on next steps. I would definitely recommend!
