I purchased products from the brand almost a month already and there’s no shipment notice up until now. Customer service doesn’t reply back either after many attempts to reach out whether it’s through email or social media, so I can’t even get a refund back. The most horrible customer experience to date.

Terrible customer service. I went there because I needed contact lenses, I mentioned it when I made my appointment over the phone, I mentioned it to the medical assistant and I mentioned it to the doctor himself. He gave me a prescription of glasses and when I called to have them fix it they said the doctor didn't make prescriptions for contacts and that they would have told me if I'd mentioned it, as if I would lie just to waste my own time. I was a client for more than 5 years but not anymore.

The front desk there is insane! There was only one person there that treated me like a human was the young lady in the second room.

Friendly staff but

Very bad customer service, they should replace the receptionists.
