I went to see Dr Belostotsky for polymyalgia rheumatica as I was looking for a second opinion. The office is sloppy and the assistant very unprofessional and unimpressive. with no bedside manners. I was given multiple blood tests, 13 tubes of blood, on one of the tests, she omitted “medically necessary” The phlebotomist asked me to sign a waver and not to worry. It could be corrected easily and it was Saturday, couldn’t get in touch with the doctor. I saw the doctor again to review the tests and asked me to come again. When I did she asked me to pull up my sleeves as she was about to sample my skin for allergies which was not my problem . She was embarrassed and said “let’s look at your tests again” and asked me to come back and ordered new blood tests. In the meantime I got a bill from Quest for $276 and the assistant was less than cooperative, didn’t answer my calls, yelled at me over the phone and when I finally came to the office to get an answer, she gave me copies of my visits instead of the corrected blood test and told me in no uncertain words , she won’t help me any more. I ended up paying Quest and advise patients to stay away as far as possible from that office .Horrible experience.

This doesnt even deserve a star but I couldnt go lower! The most unprofessional, rude and dismissive practice I have ever been to. The so call office manager laRhonda confirmed my appointment for 3:30 and when I called to state I was running 10 minutes late due to train traffic she told me it was for 3 and I could not be seen after taking the day off of work. I was close by so went over anyways to clarify my appointment details and this person they hire as the so call office manager proceeded to yell at me and tell me and tell me the doctor as well said she wouldnt see me. The doctor never came out to show face and they proceeded to tell me if I dont want to reschedule not to come back at all. The office is tiny it looks more like an insurance scam. Zero professionalism that is coming for someone that works at a prestigious hospital. The doctor should be ashamed to hire people like that. By the way there was no one in the waiting area but they denied seeing me. Again, insurance fraud I wouldnt be surprised if they billed the visit that never happened! Stay away from this unprofessional rude and fraud practice!

I can honestly say that Dr.Belostotsky has save my life. I was very sick when I was referred to her. She worked with me try different medications until they worked. She is very compassionate and caring. She listens to you and have very good advice. My joints were so painful before I started seeing her and now I am working full-time in health care. God bless Dr. Belostotsky.

I’m so disappointed to say less! I had an appointment with Dr. Belostotsky today at 3:00pm. I got 17 minutes late while the customer service called and I explained that I m 3 blocks away. I was coming from Brooklyn to city. So I came in and she said that doctor can’t see me. It was rude and unprofessional, unethical, unhuman. Needs to be noted that when I was coming before I never been seen on time! I asked to be seen after all patients. And reception person said she needs to go home. The doctor had no slightest willingness to step out and talk to me! My appointment was usually 10-15minutes. And we are talking about the doctor who should help people in any circumstances. We are talking about extra 15 minutes of her time! I always felt that she had very little of kindness and compassion to the patient. Hope she takes this into consideration for the future! And I’m going to find a new professional!

I've been going to Dr Belostotsky for 13 years now. She is amazing. She literally saved my life. I have a condition that only she knew how to take care of, other Drs had no clue what to do with me. She is very thorough with her testing .Her office staff is also very good. When I call they always help me. No issues at all. Love her!
