The problem is that the office and the equipment are not modern. However the receptionist is lively and I got wonderful care from the dentist. Looks can be deceiving!

This was my first time coming to this dentist office, and I look forward coming back every 6 months for teeth cleaning. And the lady in the front desk is very nice and helpful also, and the place is clean and it smells like a dentist office. - And I rate this location 999 Trillion Stars, and I’m happy they accept my insurance close near my home area 🤗

Unorganized. They scheduled me twice on a Jewish holiday and both times they said they made a mistake. Eventhough i receiveda trxt message from cohen dental to confirm the appointmens. I would not recommend.

I would urge you to STAY AWAY from this practice! Besides the fact that the office is so run down and dirty, they take no sanitary measures when handling patients. On top of it, the secretary redefines the word “rude”. She acts as if you interrupt her never ending private calls when you ask a question, speaks to you behind closed window and if you dare to complain on the phone, she will hang up on you and will not pick up for the next hour. The hours advertised online are completely incorrect, the office employees come and go as they wish and the Dr. is there only once a week (if at all). Appointments scheduled are merely a suggestion, since you’ll wait there for another hour until the so called secretary will finish talking on the phone (and no one is actually being seen inside at that time). The prices are lower for a reason- the workmanship is so poor, you’ll have to come back time and time again! And don’t be fooled by the Dr. telling you that you can come back as many times as needed to fix your dentures since they’ll decide when they want to start charging you extra. If you want to see an adult tantrum- dare to question the Dr.’s professionalism. Do yourselves a favor and go someplace else.

After 2 rounds of novicaine gums still were not numb so I was given a 3rd round and some of it spilled into my mouth. My throat got numb and I could hardly speak. When I couldn’t get a word out the dentist chuckled. By the time I got home I couldn’t speak at all. Terrible, scary situation
