I give Dr. Norman the highest recommendation. I came in with a complicated post-surgical situation that another medical team had mishandled. He took the time to identify issues that had been completely overlooked by my previous surgical team, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what was found, what was removed, and what my next steps should be. His knowledge and attention to detail were absolutely exceptional. I didn’t just leave with answers. I left feeling like someone was finally on my side. Thank you so much, Dr. Norman. Dr. Chan is knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly, which I do appreciate. However, his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. It often feels as though you’re inconveniencing him simply by being a paying patient. His demeanor comes across as consistently dry and dismissive rather than warm or patient-centered. Even when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, he seemed annoyed. I do appreciate that his office can accommodate last-minute appointments, but visits do not start at the scheduled time.

Dr. Chan was excellent. He removed an object from my child’s ear quickly and professionally, and immediately put her at ease. The whole experience was efficient and reassuring. We’re very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

The doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms and used the nasal endoscope to really diagnose what’s going on. I thought I was having sinusitis forever after a long cold and the doctor solved the mystery! He walked through the recorded endoscopy to explain what’s happening. Very thorough and I now I know what to do to solve it.
