I definitely recommend Dr. Patel. I had no issues scheduling an appointment with his office over the phone and I was able to be seen within a week of my call. Dr. Patel was efficient, but attentive. He didn't rush through my visit or ignore things I mentioned. He solved the ear issue I had, clearly explained why I dealt with it in the past and made sure I was set up for future care at his office. One warning: on the day of my appointment, only one elevator was working in the building that the office is in and it took a while to get to the lobby due to all of the people relying on it, so keep that in mind if you visit the office soon.

Very poor experience with this office. I just called to ask about my 3pm appointment, and to make sure the doctor was running on time as it’s a busy day for me. The receptionist explained that they were backed up, with multiple patients scheduled for the same 3 PM slot, and only two providers available. (Last time I visited years ago, I recall waiting for around 30 minutes, which is why I called this time.) The receptionist informed me that no matter what time I arrived, there would be a wait. Dr. Patel was very good as I recall, but this is not how to run a business. Have respect for your patients’ time; don’t book more patients than you can reasonably see such that people have to wait in a small and crowded waiting room during the workday. Truly a big middle finger to working people who should reasonably be able to expect that appointments they book will be kept as close to on time as possible. I reject these unethical business practices and think you should, too. (Update: The doctor's office tried calling me twice, presumably to try to resolve this matter. I was clear on the phone: I will not see Dr. Patel again -- despite the fact that I found him very good in my last appointment -- because his business model involves booking booking multiple patients for the same doctor at the same time. I've now scheduled with another ENT who's office confirms they don't do this.)

Struggled with chronic sinus infections for the past decade. Found Dr Patel through my PCP and subsequently found relief. I had a phenomenal experience dealing with his practice- the staff communicated appropriately and were kind/welcoming, the office was clean and comfortable, and Dr Patel was very thorough and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel's office is a very nice and professional setting. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. He was able to answer my questions and concerns and gave me recommendations for treatment. Highly recommend!
