I had an excellent experience with this eye doctor and their entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. What stood out most was how helpful they were with issues that went beyond a routine eye exam—they took extra time to explain my options, addressed concerns I didn’t even realize were connected, and made sure I fully understood my eye health. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. I left feeling confident, informed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for thorough, compassionate eye care.

Oh boy, where do I begin? Firstly, I was looking around my area for an excellent place to add a prescription to my Prada eyeglasses. A quick google search leads me to a few places, but this place, in particular, had the best reviews, so I was confident in thinking I would have a positive experience. I decided to disregard the fact that a homeless person was sleeping right in front of the store in google images because I know that's not their fault, but I should have taken that as a sign to go another route. The office is clean, and the one staff I met was amiable and accommodating. I handed her my Prada glasses and the prescription my optometrist gave me along with the specification that I needed the final product to have a blue tint, she said that's fine and gave me the eta. of 2 weeks... 4 weeks later I call to check up on my glasses and guess what? They are lost...interesting. I never received a call before me initiating the conversation on the whereabouts of my product. They offered me a replacement, great, but the inventory was lacking in the "taste" department and the glasses there were cheaply made "name-brands" curtesy of Luxottica. I was recommended these Versace frames which I was hesitant in choosing due to its feminine appearance, but I was told "all Versace glasses are unisex"...false information, but I didn't know it at the time. Another three weeks later, after the first four weeks for a total of 7 weeks waiting, I received the call to pick up my Versace glasses. I remember I asked for a brown gradient tint; instead, I received a dull gray shade. I know this facility is not to blame instead it's the factory in which they have the glasses made, but they never offered me a refund of any sort, and they lied and sold me women glasses and then got the style wrong with an absurdly low level of communication is ultimately why I leave this bad review. I eventually had to go elsewhere, and spend more money, to get a new pair of glasses, and they were able to do it quite easily.

Dr Bission is great, her staff is trash. They have an attitude because I missed two back to back phone call from them. If I missed it once why do you think I’ll take the one right after? Then when I returned the call I got attitude because I didn’t answer the call?!! Anyways fix your staff!

Not professional. The glasses medication wasn't correct and hurt my eyes. Not a good eye doctor also she Loves to brag about herself like I came here to hear your stories about how surprised people are that u are a EYE DOCTOR. You are NOT a real doctor! Instead of talking, go back to school and get people glasses correct and please SHUT THE MOUTH. TRY TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!!

Dr Natalie Bissoon show that she is passionate about the patients. she is caring, very patient, explain the issues if any and efficient. Her staff is amazing. I have being going to her for my Optometry care for years and I am very satisfied. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
