I had an appointment at 3:00 PM and I arrived right on time. However, I was told that I need to wait. It has now been over an hour and ten minutes, and I am still waiting. I would like to understand the purpose of giving an appointment time if patients are expected to wait this long.

I had a very positive experience at this kidney specialist’s office. The front desk staff were welcoming, courteous, and well-organized. The check-in process was efficient, and they kept everything moving smoothly. Scheduling and follow-up communication were also handled clearly and professionally, which I really appreciated. The nursing staff were attentive and respectful, taking the time to gather information thoroughly and make sure I was comfortable. When I met with the doctor, I felt confident in their expertise right away. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail throughout the visit. It’s clear that both the staff and the doctor are committed to providing high-quality patient care. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the next steps of my treatment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a kidney specialist.

The wait can be long at times but the staff is amazing! Professional, friendly and always willing to assist with a smile. I was there a few days ago with my mother and we were annoyed with the wait but Marcus was able to calm my mother and make her feel very comfortable when he called us into the room, he didn’t try to rush us in and out. Very well mannered and knowledgeable. Laughter is the best medicine and he kept a smile on our faces. They need longer office hours or more doctors but they must be good if patients, like my mom, keep returning after long waits lol lol

Highly Recommended. Brilliant doctor and assistant on staff caring of illness and treatment. Courteous and helpful secretaries. Ultra clean offices and bathroom. Alternate Side Street Parking easily accessible at 12 noon. Best if appointments are scheduled after this time.

I personally had a pleasant experience at this clinic. My wait time was under 15 minutes and the receptionists were very polite. The nurse practitioner was kind and helpful and the doctor was the same.
