Pro's : Dr. Mahadkar is amazing! Great bedside manner, he walks you through everything before and after procedure. He has made me feel really comfortable during every visit. He is very thorough and wedges on the safer side of caution, test for everything to be sure. The staff is really friendly, they call with follow-up text and phone call reminders before your appointment. They also have 2 offices. Con's: The wait time is usually an hour or longer. I've never seen the doctor at my scheduled appointment time. If you need to change your appointment or call during off hours, it is a process to get in contact with someone. They have an automated answer machine and they typically respond within 24 hours. I have been seeing Dr. Mahadkar for almost 10 years, the pro's outweigh the con's.

first off, whenever you go for a checkup the wait time is almost always at least an hour. also, it’s impossible to get in contact with them when they are not open to schedule appointments; considering theyre only open two days a week thats super inconvenient because sometimes matters are time sensitive! i had an appointment scheduled last week but then it snowed and i tried calling them and received no answer.

The staffs are friendly. However, they never followed their appointment time to see patients. I have an appointment at 6:30 and I arrived at 6:25 ( cause I'm not initial visit), and the suck thing is, I waited here for 1 and half hour even I had an appointment. This situation not only happens once, almost Everytime. Its really annoyed. If they don't follow their appointment time, them DO NOT set up this.
