🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend Dr. Mohammad Alavi — truly a rare gem not only in NYC dental care but across the U.S.! One of my teeth needed a root canal under an existing crown. While other clinics insisted on removing the crown and using a microscope — quoting me thousands of dollars — Dr. Alavi skillfully and intelligently performed the root canal without removing the crown or using a microscope. The procedure was clean, professional, and the X-ray results were even better than what I received from a much more expensive clinic last year. The entire treatment cost was very low and half of it covered by my dental insurance. I also had a bridge issue — the bridge had come out because the supporting tooth had broken. I visited several dentists in NYC who quoted me shockingly high prices for fixing it. Dr. Alavi not only handled it smartly, but did it all — including a root canal on the broken tooth — with a really low cost. Unbelievable value and quality! Dr. Alavi is not only highly skilled, but also ethical, down-to-earth, and kind-hearted. From the moment I stepped into his clinic, I felt welcomed. He never tried to upsell or push unnecessary procedures. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and always prioritized my health and financial situation. Last year, I had a tooth extraction followed by an implant and crown, and the entire process was handled with great care and professionalism. Dr. Lin did an excellent job with the extraction and placing the implant, and Dr. Alavi crafted the crown perfectly. Everything looks and feels natural. I’m so happy with the results that I’m going for the second implant. This time the extraction was done by Dr. Alavi who handled it with remarkable skills & patience. Highly recommend this team.

DO NOT GO HERE I had a referral from my dentist to speak to a periodontist, I called this office asking if I can make an appointment to speak to one and they said yes and booked me for a 3pm appointment. The day of my appointment they called me asked if they could make my appointment at 1pm and I agreed. I showed up on time and was not seen until 2:45. Doctor Alavi spoke to me for 5 minutes and then told me he is not a periodontist and was going to refer me to his ex wife who is a periodontist. He wasted my time, and charged me for the appointment where I didn't even get what I came there for. Find a better place.

He is the most caring Dr and human being available in NY. He is very welcoming and caring for all his patients . As a patient , my experience is always amazing . My husband got pain while he was traveling . He called him personally to the pharmacy and took care it for him . Nobody does that . Doctors like him . You can’t find much . While I was waiting to be seen. He took take care a patient who had problems with her teeth and with pain . She had it done with an Astoria Doc and he took take care of it without pain . He is indeed amazing . I paid for my friends to come to see him . He doesn’t charge very expensive and he is very caring . If you don’t come and see him because you don’t know about him . But he is excellent person and professional and he is a very knowledgeable dentist. Come and you see . Be prepared to feel like home .

I am super happy meeting a brother like him. When I met Dr Alavi . I was so happy meeting a professional who cares about everyone who loves people and caring about my teeth and my helped after getting Lyme disease just arriving from Dubai and didn’t know that I got Bell’s palsy . He was super caring and giving me meds for both and also taking care of my pain while he was traveling . He called the pharmacy himself and had it done right away. He also called me while he was traveling . He is just the best . He is amazing and later I went back he double check my tooth that needed work done. I am so thankful to meet someone like him.
