This doctor doesn’t respect the patients appointments and their pain We made an appointment with him 3 times and he didn’t show up to our appointment. He doesn’t treat the patients pain and doesn’t help them get better.so he has to respect individuals pain.

Updated due to a responce from the office. There is no confusion - this was 100% the doctor I saw, Dr. AALAI Mohammad, MD and my review reflects my direct personal experience in your office. While I respect any mission to serve the underserved, it does not excuse the fact that my appointment was rushed, dismissive, and offered no real help for my severe pain. The office staff were very nice, polite, and welcoming - that was the only positive part of my visit. This was my first appointment with Dr. AALAI Mohammad, and it was extremely disappointing. Despite my severe pain, the only treatments he suggested to relieve a pain were steroid injections and heavy painkillers. He sent me for a nerve conduction test but never provided the results, even though they are ready within an hour. Considering we were in the office for over two hours (mostly waiting and waiting and waiting), they easily could have given me the results or performed some type of physical therapy procedure to help relieve the pain. We received NO real personal time with the doctor - just about two minutes, during which he was extremely RUDE and displayed facial expressions as if we were wasting his time. Then he simply LEFT the room without offering any advice or information on how to ease the pain. The doctor showed no genuine empathy or willingness to explore other options. Based on my experience, I honestly believe that many of the glowing reviews about him are FAKE they do not match the reality I encountered. Let’s not forget the waiting time is enormous due to overbooking patients, and yet no real service is provided. In my opinion, this is one of those doctors who does NOT CARE about people, only about billing the insurance as much as possible. And the staff are TRUE HEROES to work under such conditions. Let’s call him what he is - a doctor AALAI Mohammad who doesn’t care about people, only about HIS WALLET.

Review of Dr. AALAI Mohammad, MD (Atlantic Medical PC, 745 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11230) I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Dr. AALAI Mohammad. This was not my first appointment—I had seen him before regarding injuries. However, this time the experience was terrible. The doctor was rude, completely unfriendly, and showed no empathy or professionalism. Instead of being helpful and cooperative, he started filling out a necessary medical form but never finished it, despite my explanations and requests. It felt like Dr. Mohammad is completely out of place in the medical field—he showed a total lack of patient care and willingness to help. His behavior does not meet the ethical standards expected from a healthcare professional. I expected more from a doctor, especially someone I had previously trusted with my health. I do not recommend visiting this doctor. If you are looking for an attentive and professional specialist, this is definitely not the place for you.

I was a bit skeptical at first before seeing him. I had seen a few other doctors prior and hate going to doctors offices. But overall he was very understanding and knowledgeable! I would recommend him to anyone suffering with pain! Great experience

Dr. Aalai helped me with my ankle pain and provided me an appropriate standard of care and education to manage my pain in the present and future. Would highly recommend him for your pain management needs
