Not a bad place only if you get to be seen. I had my daughter for a check up, first time after COVID hit and she was seen for few minutes before I even get to her room she came back and said she was done. I asked the assistant if Zainab was already seen, she replied yes. I asked if I would be able to speak with the dentist because I did have concerns. I asked if my daughter would be able to get a sealant as cavities protection and she said she would ask the dentist for me. Then she said I would need to make another appointment to get that done. Which I did. The only available time was at 1:00 pm which I knew was inconvenient but I wanted to make it anyway. I called earlier to reschedule since the time seemed short and was afraid I couldn't make on time, so I was told there would be a fine for last minute cancellation. Therefore I told her I'm on my way but will be there late. the office was overcrowded which is understandable after school hours. I was told I might be seen but not guaranteed. I agreed and said I didn't have a problem waiting. About 50 minutes later the office receptionist said the doctor won't be able to see us because he has a lot of walk-ins. Overall not a positive experience for our 2 dentist visits. The first one was very short and meaningless, the second visit was unfortunately a waste of time as well. It is not convenient nor fair to get kids off school earlier for non-urgent visits. Also if you want a dentist who spends very little time to focus on your child's concerns this office will be your go to.

Awful experience. Crowded office with long wait times even if you have an appointment. And let’s not talk about trying to even get an appointment🤦🏻‍♀️ The front desk and even the dental assistant’s have a nonchalant attitude that’s extremely aggressive. If you try to ask questions they’re either dismissive or say I’ll ask the doctor for you and never get back to you. The doctor was nice the first couple of visits and then snapped and changed. He stays only a minute and feels like he’s in a rush all the time, doesn’t discuss any of the treatments and then leaves. I get it’s a business and he’s making money but this is my health and if I want to question what your doing and disagree and ask for other options you have no right to have an attitude and act as though I am inconveniencing you. Do not recommend from personal experience will be transferring orthos
