Highly recommend! My son has very high anxiety, and Dr. Moon and her team made getting four braces a positive experience. Dr. Moon explained every step beforehand, and Jayla was so calm, patient, and encouraging throughout. Exceptional care for my twins—truly a wonderful team!

One of the Front desk staff was so rude to us. And I had experience with two doctors over there. The first one was so unfriendly with kids nor parents. It was my daughter’s first time to a dentist, she was very stressed but the female doctor did not even speak one nice word to her to calm her down or even introduce herself. She went in and out i did not even know she was the dentist. Second visit i asked to see another doctor cause my daughter needed a partial root canal treatment for her tooth and the doctor wanted to take the whole tooth out and put a space maintainer and his reason was that its milk tooth anyway its going to shed. I told him she is just 6 years and the permanent one erupts from 9 to 11 years why she has to stay all that long with a space maintainer ! I insisted on him doing the treatment and putting a silver crown , my daughter now is 9 years and the tooth is still in her place with no problem which is a good point for him but i still can’t forgive him for wanting to take the whole tooth out and i’m thinking about all families that just listen to the doctor cause he is supposed to know better. Will never go there again.

They told to me that I had to get 4 teeth extracted and that this was one of the only options that I had. I was 15 years old and my mom had no idea the damage this would cause they didn’t explain the later tmr pain posture and neck pain and complete flattening of my face. Never go here, it was not covered by insurance although it was clear that work had to be done and now I’m stuck looking for a new orthodontist to fix the job they did they did and a jaw surgeon. Do not let them do this.

This placed used to be great years ago. But now, filled with incompetence. Beware of getting something done. Once you get it and if there is something wrong, they will not give a damn. As long they get their money, they will forget about you. Even though something does not feel right, they will just say, oh that's how it is. It will be fine. They are full of BS.

This is a review of the front office and not the orthodontist. The orthodontists are kind and professional. The office is not. I have the worst experience with the front desk. Interacting with them gave me horrible anxiety that I ended my treatment early and they didn't care. here is a breakdown of my grievances: 1. LACK OF TRANSPARENCY/ACTION: They will respond and take zero action to the information they received. Situation 1: I specified that my dental insurance will only be a year. If that means this elective procedure can only be a year, I'll only have this procedure for a year. They assured me that even after a year, they can still help. I reiterated this many times during my consultation that my insurance is only active for a year and I'll accept if that restricts my treatment time. They still made the claim 1.5 years and they never informed me until it was too late. I only discovered the following year when they increased my balance due to insurance discontinuing. Situation 2: They said at the end of my treatment, I'll get my teeth whitened. They never specified this was just a kit you do yourself. I found out at the time of retrieval it was not professional whiting by the dental staff and just a kit. They said if the kit doesn't work i can pay for professional work. They could've specified that was all it was at consultation. Situation 3: I followed up with the front desk about the insurance payments. They notified me I was good and it was coming in. 2. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY I was not good. Maria (i believe was her name), the one who provided the consultation, proceeded to blame me for not escalating this matter earlier. I asked the front desk per visit and they did not direct me to different channels nor informed me they do not have the compete information. She still continued to blame me despite telling her my insurance duration at consultation. I also have zero knowledge of the business structure of the dental office. I was somehow supposed to know who and how to escalate. 3. SEXISM This probably caused me the most anxiety. They were wrong. They submitted the claim wrong. The explanation was flawed. Only when my boyfriend reiterated what i said, they accepted the contradiction. Maria, in particular, reeked of the sexism I experienced at my workplace where they were more concerned of responding than listening. Only when a man reiterated, they listened and it was suddenly a "good point". IGNORING EMAILS: I wrote extensive emails detailing my grievances and the situation. They refused to email back and they only called to deflect all blame. I was forced to pay more out of pocket because they failed to listen to me as a patient. I did not book a follow up because interacting with this office hurts my mental health. They never bothered to check in on me either. This was a year ago and I still feel anxiety when I pass by. They also got hacked and provided zero apology for sending a phishing email.
