I cannot recommend Dr. Miriam Casal highly enough. She has treated me for several different skin conditions over the years, and every experience has been excellent. Dr. Casal is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but also compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain treatments clearly, and make you feel completely at ease. Her office is also wonderful, and Micaela is absolutely amazing—kind, professional, efficient, and always welcoming. Together, they create an environment where patients feel cared for and respected from the moment they walk in. Finding a dermatologist you can truly trust is not easy, and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Casal and her team. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Miriam Casal at Piel Viva for over 25 years, and I can honestly say that choosing her was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my skin, and my confidence. How refreshing it is to find a highly-skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and personable dermatologist--I have found this in Dr. Miriam Casal. I am so grateful to have found her!! It's been easy for me to get an appointment, her office is impeccably clean, and her staff is friendly and accommodating. I've been so happy with Dr. Casal's approach in helping me with my skin health--which is improving greatly since I've been going to her practice. I really like the tinted sunscreen moisturizer that they have there--it goes on very nicely, has good coverage, and looks very natural. I've used similar pricey, name-brand cosmetic products, and I've found this to be the best I've ever found. I highly recommend this product. I can't finish my review without mentioning Licensed Esthetician, Marisol Raygan--she is excellent!! She has a lot of experience in this field--her expertise, gentleness, and caring gives me full confidence in her skill! She does a great job, and I've been very pleased with her work--I can't recommend her enough!!!

Dr. Miriam Casal and Mickaela are the best! I’ve been seeing Mickaela for the past 1–2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. She truly takes her time with each appointment, examines your skin carefully, and always recommends treatments that are best suited for your specific skin type. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants the best results for you. Highly recommend!

Cecilia has been a game changer for my the health of my skin. She is super knowledgeable and only recommends what is needed. She has taken care of my skin for years and I can truly say she is the best in the business! The office staff is also great and accommodating at all times :)
