I had such a great experience here. I was seen within just a few minutes of arriving, which was such a nice surprise for a walk in apt. I saw PA Kensi, and she was wonderful - easy to talk to and explained everything about my treatment in a way that was really clear and helpful. The whole visit felt smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nicolaides and his staff are amazing. Always professional and willing to address any issues or questions. The doctor is very thorough and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice for all dermatology needs.

I have been to Dr. Nicolaides office a few times , today was the first time , with the Doctor himself , and it was a wonderful experience. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease . Dr. Nicolaides amd his PA Kenzy , and the Nurses , as well as the Front Desk staff were all friendly and professional! The Office is beautiful and super clean as well ! I’m not sure what’s wrong with the people who work at this place but they can’t refill a prescription and they have no idea what they are doing. I was referred here from my primary care doctor to Dr Nicolaides specifically. When I arrived I was not seen by the referred doctor but rather someone else without asking me or even letting me know. The doctor did prescribe me some medicine that helped clear up a skin issue on my scalp and ears. After the medicine ran out (maybe 1 month later) I noticed the issue returning to both my scalp and my ear. I sent several request through the pharmacy, by email and with multiple phone calls. None of these was ever responded to and every time I called I was told they would tell the “people in the back” (whatever that means). I have still to receive any update for medicine ordered. Also, as I was leaving my initial check up mess told that the co pay is only accepted with cash. I’m not sure what sort of a backwoods type of business they are running but it is very shady and clearly unorganized and a cash money grab. I changed my original dermatologist to this one based on my primary care doctors recommendation. I will now have to ask him for another referral to be able to return to my original dermatologist. I would not do business with these people. Zero stars if that were an option
