VERY VERY CLEAN PLACE. Smells FANTASTIC! I called in for an appointment got in for same day! He has two locations Brooklyn and Queens, I traveled 40 mins with a scratched cornea to see him. Workers were very nice. Dr. Michael Ehrenhaus fixed it in within seconds!

Extremely satisfied!!!! My dad had cataract surgery and apparently he now needs cornea transplant. I must saw the only thing which is not much was the confusion with appointment time I personally work at a doctors office and now how important it is to make sure you write down the correct date and time. However it went from 3:45 to 3:30. Heading there I get a call his appointment was at 3. Which by now we are 6 mins late. Anyways my dad was seen. Im extremely happy with Dr.Ehrenhaus. Very compassionate and very helpful. My dad will be returning . Highly recommend. Btw office extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was very polite

Anyone who reads this review, listen closely. I have been a patient of Dr. Mike Ehrenhaus for approximately 6 months now. He's been treating me for Keratoconous which is a disorder of the corneas. For the most part, he's a very nice doctor, but the people that he has working for him at his Queens office are the problem. Every single time that I'm scheduled to see him my wait time has always been 1 hour or longer, then when he sees me, he rushes and it lasts about 10 minutes or less. I haven't said anything so far, I have not complained, but today was the last straw. I was scheduled for a 12 noon appointment with him, I arrived at exactly 12 noon. After waiting 45 minutes I asked one of the medical assistants how much longer I would have to wait to be seen because my medical transportation would be arriving at 1PM. She proceeded to tell me that there were 4 people ahead of me waiting to be seen. I decide to reschedule for a day and time when I would be seen in a timely manner. Then I asked her if they schedule several patients for the same time (because doctor's practices are not allowed to do that). The young lady got an attitude because she didn't like what I had to say. So I left, someone I think the office manager followed me outside and told me that suddenly the doctor could see me next but I informed her that my transportation was already here. At this point, she asked me if the driver could wait 5 minutes. So, I told her that if she taught that he doctor would see me for 5 minutes after making me wait more than 45 minutes and bill my insurance company for 15 minutes or longer she had another thing coming and I also informed her that I would be filing a grievance with my insurance company and also with CMS. Those of you who have also experienced this, you don't have to tolerate this nonsense, there is actually something that you can do about it. If a doctor doesn't have any patients...well, his/her practice will not survive. Yes, this particular doctor has other businesses and another office, but still he needs to know that, so that maybe him and his office staff will learn how to treat their patients with some consideration.
