I am re reviewing and am giving the office a 5 from a 3. Because I had a very positive experience at the front desk. And the new NP listened to me and thoroughly answered my question. I had a good experience with my colonoscopy and endoscopy awhile back. My issues the day I reviewed lower.. is in the past. And part I own since I was hurting bad and just came from er.. with lack of sleep. I was annoyed they wouldn't give me zofran..because they didn't have er records. I just had to call er and they prescribed it. So I will now give them a 5. I do hope in the future phones answered in the present not vm..and 24 hour call backs. I do not care for that.but I did have a pleasant visit the other day.

Front desk is incompetent. Rita keeps telling me that I have an hmo policy...I have a problem policy. Rita is rude and appears to be unable to learn the difference between policy types.

Been seeing Dr cohen for at least a decade and he is the kindest and most compassionate Dr that I know
