I make an appointment for my mom in your office. They tell us they accept all the insurance my mom has after the first visit PA prescribe her some medicine and tell us to come back in two weeks. We’re gonna do the audio test for the right ear. My mom do not walk we have pick her up from the bed put it in the wheelchair. This is not an easy job. Today when we came to the office PA tell us, we have to go back to the Audiologist, because the one in they office do not accept the insurance the one my mom has. What is the kind of a joke? Why would you tell us in the first place we don’t accept your mom insurance. I would not come to your office at all. Tell me if this is professional when the people tell you one thing and then they do different things.

Just to start, had to wait for an appointment for over 2 months just to get a call few days before appointment to be notified that dr will be unavailable on the day of my appointment with nothing to offer to alternate it. Extremely rude and untrained stuff for many years. As a subjection, if dr/drs would like this office to thrive sometimes definitely needs to change... All I see is mostly bad reviews. I hope you'll see my review and act on it.

I called doctors office and said that my ear hurts and they said to wait tor 3 months for the next available appointment. I said that I’m dying from pain and have a lil baby and would not rather go to emergency with the baby. They said “well, it is how it is. We are private clinic and our schedule is full”.didn’t even try to help or send to a different place. No humanity to decent people and terrible customer service!

Super awesome Dr!!! Very cool n down to earth and super efficient!! I took my autistic daughter Jaclyn to her today and how can you not like Dr Anna!! Office is VERY clean and waiting time was amazingly fast, yet she didn't rush you and took time to answer your questions and explain everything to you!! I found my daughter's Dr thank you so much!!

I was there in 2019 - everything went perfectly well and all the staff was highly professional. It’s time for my second appointment this year, hope everything will go as smoothly as it was last time.
