Maurice Alwaya, MD

While Dr. Alwaya might be knowledgeable in medicine but his team could use a refresher in bedside manners. One in particular, an older woman with an Eastern European accent, she has no bedside manners and knows nothing about patient care. I have been in the office multiple times and each time this is my experience with her. It’s off putting and makes the visits uncomfortable.

The entire team was understanding and quick to help in an urgent situation. The receptionist was quick and positive and calm in the situation. The Doctor gave my case good time and consideration.

Dr Alwaya is compassionate and caring. He has the best staff that always gives every patient time and consideration.

Terrible bedside manner , lack of patience , extremely rude , belittles you when you ask for information on your condition and treatment .Any review that says he is patient and compassionate must be fake he is far from it.

Great doctor. Very personable and understanding.
