My husband and I booked appointments online using Zocdoc. We were prompted to call the office which we did. My husband was told everything was good and that our appointments were set. We woke up early, travelled for an hour, and my husband missed work for a Saturday appointment. When we got to the office, the waiting room had way too many people inside and absolutely no COVID precautions were taken. There is no privacy and way too many beds in what looks like a public gym. We were taken to an area to fill out a ridiculous amount of redundant paper work where you write your address and name like 40 times and get asked the same questions. To make matters worse, after filling out the paper work we were told the doctor was not seeing new patients and we would have to reschedule. They made no attempt to accommodate us and even lied saying they left messages. My husband literally called and someone verified his information but they had to wait until we wasted all that time to be told that the appointments we made were basically not valid? Super unorganized and unprofessional.

Dr Gillman is an incredible doctor. I’m beyond happy I chose him. His staff is attentive, professional and kind. I was very skeptical after not seeing a chiro for over a decade but Dr. Gillman is very patient and made me feel comfortable. I’m very happy with the results after the first visit and couldn’t recommend Dr. Gillman high enough.

I will never go to another Chiropractor. He has the best bedside manners, he's efficient, he listens and explains everything throughly and focuses on what you need. Really A1 all around!

I was a first time patient. The amount of trees i killed during the initial filling out of papers was extensive and pointless. I had an appt for 12am on a Saturday it is now 1:40 and i have been moved around 3 times out of my seat and on to somewhere else i am annoyed and frustrated.They have asked me for my name several times they are not organized or Do they work efficiently.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE AND STAFF. THEY WERENT AWARE OF MY APPOINTMENT, AND THE STAFF WAS RUDE. SHE KEEP SAYING MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR YESTERDAY, EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HER IT WAS FOR TODAY ON ZOCDOC. THE DOCTOR WAS NOT THERE AT ALL, AND I TRAVELED 2 HOURS FOR THAT APPOINTMENT. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY ATTITUDE
