This whole office is fabulous , dr Brandon is one of the best drs , Ilene, Debra , Ashely all fabulous . I recommend this Dr office .

Dr Brandon was amazing. He diagnosed my condition after it went undiagnosed for 2 years. I had surgery and I am now pain free and have recovered 100%. I can’t thank him enough!! The staff treated me like family. Thank you!!!

Dr. Brandon has an exceptional bedside manner and explained the major surgery he performed in detail. His surgical skill is evident in his clean and thorough work. Highly recommend!

After waiting over 2 months, I arrived for my appt. on time only to be told by the rude staff that I didn’t have an appt? I had my PCP send over a referral, to which I called the office to make certain they had received it, to which I was told they did. I also had my X-Rays sent over from City MD. I was told repeatedly and rudely that I didn’t have an appt. I believe the rude young man said there was no appointment 5 times, when his equally rude co-worker chimed in to tell me I didn’t have an appt. She also made another rude comment under her breath, when I stated that I heard him the first time! I did not need to be told more than once I didn’t have an appt., as I am not hard of hearing. I was searching on my phone for the appt. confirmation! I find this treatment to be extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had been a patient of Dr. Brandon since 2018, he performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder in May of 2018. I did not deserve to be treated in this manner. I wasted my time and my gas, for nothing!

My experience with Dr. Mark Brandon was horrible. At first I wrote a long text describing the problem, but I feel bad about the oversharing and returned to edit. The only thing I want to tell, that this specialist ignored my complaints and pain. His medical decision was not based on symptoms, medical history and my complaints, but on a personal attitude and prejudices. This is a dangerous situation, because basically he put my health at risk and created an additional headache for me. Dr. Mark Brandon was rude and judgmental, showed zero empathy and talked to me disrespectful. The man doesn't even try to feign professionalism. I don’t recommend this specialist to anyone. Additionally personnel in his office have absolutely wild manners. Office manager Eileen reads patients personal medical data (like HIPAA never existed), and she doesn’t hesitate to tell her moral judgments about patients. Receptionists were providing the wrong fax number to me multiple times and when I found out I heard back “If you don’t like something you can go and blah blah blah”. Like what. It’s not my job, come on… Not a civilized place at all. Psychotic.
