First time at a new Dr. office in 30 of my 32 years, staff was great and friendly. Dr. Jansen and the resident doc had a great bedside manner and did a thorough exam. They gave me a referral for something I otherwise would not have considered. Great care!

Dr. Luke and his staff are very polite and good. I have no complaints at all. He takes his time with me and I’m sure it takes some time with all those patients and listen to your concerns. I would recommend this office to anybody.

Dr. Janson and his staff are extremely helpful and professional. The office runs smoothly, and the team is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Janson is attentive, takes his time with patients, and makes sure all questions are answered. Anytime I need him, he is available and supportive. I truly appreciate the care I receive .

I am posting this review under a different name to protect my privacy, but this is a real experience. I saw Dr. Luke Jansen while I was extremely sick and experiencing severe, debilitating symptoms. From my perspective, he was dismissive and rude, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite how sick I was, my symptoms were attributed to anxiety, and I was advised to start an SSRI without what I felt was an adequate effort to investigate possible physical causes. I left the appointment feeling completely unheard and discouraged while my condition continued to worsen. Later, through more advanced testing with other physicians, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and Anaplasma. I am now under the care of a Lyme-literate medical doctor and am improving with appropriate treatment. I understand that complex illnesses can be difficult to diagnose, but patients who are clearly very sick deserve to be treated with respect and to have their symptoms taken seriously. My experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting, and I hope this feedback encourages a more attentive and compassionate approach to patient care.

Dr. Janson is great and appreciate all my questions getting answered. He consistently looks out for my well being.
