Lionel Bissoon

Dr Bissoon is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. His compassion and thoroughness and brilliance are truly like no other doctor and I have lived in London and gone to doctors in many parts of the world. I currently have a stage IV cancer and were it not knowing I was going to see Dr B every day, I don't think I'd be functioning at all. He is preparing a plan for me for residential treatment and I am very excited to go and come back to New York - God willing - healthy, happy and healed. And Leslie, his beautiful receptionist is divine in every way.

Dr. Bissoon is very smart, thoughtful and caring. He is up on the latest science and has helped me improve my health a great deal. His staff are great and attend perfectly to every detail. Going to his office is a healing experience all around.

As a medical professional I consider Dr. Bissoon to be amongst the elite of physicians in his fund of knowledge, diagnostic skill and overall clinical acumen. As his patient I can say that he is caring, dedicated and passionate about helping his patients. His staff is superb - includes family members - and its clear they are devoted to the practice and its patients. The incredible support, high level of communication, and personalize attention is something Ive not witnessed previously. He is a real gem and I wish more people benefited from his care.

The highest level of care is what Dr. Bissoon and all his staff provide ... hands down. As a doctor's daughter, I'm very picky about who and how I'm treated medically. I offer the highest praise for Dr. B and his keen interest and care of my overall well being on many levels. His depth of knowledge and medical science makes me yearn for more blood to be drawn so more answers can be arrived at and therefore more proactive steps taken for my health and longevity!

Dr. Bissoon is unlike any other doctor and I’m so glad that my health is in his capable hands. He meets with his patient for long periods of time to understand exactly what is wrong, he takes copious notes to track progress, he responds promptly to emails and phone calls and asks for updates on a periodic basis. He follows how his patients are doing even after they’ve left the office. He’s incredible. Great doctor.
