I highly recommend this place. The front desk staff are very friendly and helping . And the doctor was really kind and affectionate.She gave me enough time and listened my problems. She explained everything to me about the treatment plan and why I was having that problem . They made sure I understood each and every step of my treatment plan. I really like the care and help they provided me during the procedure day.I felt safe and confident to be really in good hand .They sent all my reports to pcp . Reminded me about my appointments And also made sure I followed up with them .If possible I would have gave this place thousand stars .

This is one of the best doctors I have seen, she is extremely knowledgeable and is worth the short wait sometimes to see a great doctor .. the office staff is very friendly smart and accommodating to any of your needs. Recently had a procedure done in this office and the staff could not have been more awesome, the whole process was great because the doctor made sure I was comfortable.. I saw in the office how much they really care for the customers overall well being and so happy I found this great office … i would recommend her to anyone that wants to work with a professional and knowledgeable office and doctor ..

If I could give 5000 stars , I would! My mom’s appointment with Dr. Leela kasturi could not gone any better. She was so kind to my mom and answered my mom’s questions without getting annoyed or rushed. On my mom’s procedure day, my mom was scared but the clinic employees were so caring for her. They have explained everything to my mom and assured her. Everyone in the office was professional and polite. Alhamdulillah everything went well. My mom was super satisfied with the service she received. I always recommend Dr Leela Kasturi to my family and friends because she always thinks about what is best for her patients. I would go back to her clinic with my parents.

Waited almost 1 month to see her. Only for her to tell me she can't take me on as a new patient while she recommended me to return to my previous gastrointestinal doctor. I was in search of a new doctor because my previous doctor moved to another state. She didn't even hear me out and dismissed me. So according to her if you had a bad experience with a previous doctor her suggestion would be to continue seeing the same doctor which ethically doesn't even make sense.

My mother was recommended this doctor and went their assuming the best. We waited for and hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to be rejected by the doctor. Her excuse was that she weighed too much to be seen and treated by her. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. My mom has sever liver issues along with severe arthritis. She was in a lot of pain and was still rejected. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!
