Beware if you end up with this fake to your face doctor as an IME in any kind of medical case. I had the misfortune to see him three times. He cannot be trusted, so I’d recommend video recording AND bringing a witness. He will twist or paraphrase things said in the interview out of context, or not even include it. He will also point out a failure of the patient to use technical jargon that they didn’t think or know to use. For example, I had a tear in my hip’s labrum in the groin area from a slip and fall, but when I referenced the area, I did not say groin, I didn’t think to, so he managed to twist and use that as why it couldn’t have been from the fall and shouldn’t be part of my claim. That’s just one instance among three visits and pages of written reports from him. All he cared about was getting paid and winning the day for his client. He sure did not care one iota about the part of his Hippocratic Oath do first do no harm.

Pay him the right money and he'll say what you want. I met with this guy for 10 mins as a review for worker's compensation, he didn't even wait for the rest of the nerve study or MRI to be completed before clearing me for full duty. I'm now looking at spine fusion surgery and he has me cleared for full duty. He doesn't care about your quality of health just who's cutting the check. Don't go.

Dr. Joshua Auerbach is an excellent kind & caring orthopedic surgeon. He did my cervical spine surgery in 2017.. In 2021 he did my Lumbar & sciatica surgery. . Excellent job. He saved my life. I highly recommend this surgeon. He's the best.

Had him for a IME exam of my neck and he totally left out everything I complained about. He said I could drive when I told him driving was hard because of turning my head to the left. He said nothing about my sleeping when I told him sleeping was awful with tossing and turning because of my neck. He said he had no MRI to show facet disease or arthritis, but I brought a written report of my last MRI and he refused to look at it. What a LIAR AND INSULT TO THE MEDICAL FIELD. He said in his report nothing was helping me when I SPECIFICALLY told him I had started MEDIAL BRANCH NEUROTOMY THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL. WOW HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT? AS YOU KNOW I DON'T VERY WELL.

don't know what to say. pretty much sent me a referral for a doctor that doesn't even take my insurance for pain management. didnt last 5 minutes in his office. just to fast for a patient. unreal. bronxcares finest....
