No one ever picks up your phone call, in any prompt/department you select. You will have to go in person to request what you need and even still coming equip with detailed instructions in a clear typed request they still will provide you with inaccurate paperwork. It is baffling how this clinic is in operation.

This office is completely disorganized and unprofessional. I've been trying for months to get a simple prior authorization that they know is urgently needed. Not only did they send the wrong documents initially, but they also take weeks or months to respond to anything-if they even respond at all. I've had multiple calls ignored or immediately on hold-hung up abruptly and its nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. This level of incompetence and delay is unacceptable for a medical office team-especially when patients are depending on timely care. Failing to provide critical paperwork and ignore patients urgent needs is negligent and dangerous. If you need consistent or immediate support, YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. While I cannot speak for Dr. Doris personally, he seriously needs to reevaluate his office staff because this should be reported and I plan to do so.

Dr. Castillo is terrible. She kept making mistakes then blaming me for having an attitude. This place will waste your time.

I really don’t understand how this practice gets good reviews. Maybe friends or relatives are posting good reviews. My parents have been patients for many years. That being said they have missed several diagnosis with BOTH OF MY PARENTS. Since I am fortunate enough to work in the healthcare field I flew my parents to Texas to see real doctors that care about their patients. Both of my parent are very ill and just a few diagnostic imaging referrals would have found the problem with my parents. They never pick up the phone. The diagnostic facility faxed reports of the results to two fax numbers given by the staff but when I called today the clinic coordinator said they haven’t received any information. I believe Dr. Pena doesn’t work there any more which might be the best thing for that practice. I will definitely be reaching out to the medical board about the physician and facility. Growing up in Washington Heights we figure our Latinos doctors would take better care of their community but it’s sad that’s not the case. And Mr. Coordinator i did not appreciate your sarcastic laugh over the phone I bet you wouldn’t be laughing if it was your parents. Your practice deserves a ZERO reviews a single star is to much for your facility.
