Johnny Arnouk, M.D.

Dr. Arnouk was very helpful in answering all my questions about a fractured elbow. His staff was also very compassionate and helpful especially after my insurance was being difficult about letting me see the doctor. Special thank you to Veronica at the front desk who dealt with my insurance directly to ensure I got the appointment and to the whole staff who let me keep my scheduled time after an hour of dealing with insurance issues upon my arrival. I got the sense that everyone really cares.

Staff was very sweet, place was efficient. However, Dr. Arnouk was rude. I had ask to get the stitches removed, and he acted as if I asked him to give me 10 push ups… He had snarky responses to getting the stitch removed too. I did appreciate his time but I would not recommend as the rudeness was off putting.

I got a next day appointment because we needed to see an ortho quickly. We arrived to the appointment about 30 minutes before the appointment time, We were giving a room 15 minutes before the appointment time. X-rays were taken within 20 minutes and the doctor came in shortly after. He is very efficient and obviously sees a ton of patience a day but I felt that that in no way diminished his focus and ability to address the concerns we had for my son. I loved the efficiency and quick diagnosis and response and was thoroughly happy with the entire experience.

Unfortunately like many others, my 1 star is only for Dr. Arnouk. He did no physical exam on my foot, followed by dismissive remarks about how it was “probably just bruised”, while I had 2 other doctors see a CLEAR (albeit small) fracture after looking at my X-ray. He proceeded to make a shady remark about the other doctors saying “they probably didn’t know what they were doing.” Sent me on my way with basic meds for pain. Any questions I asked were either dismissed or downplayed. Please don’t see this guy if you like yourself at all.

The office staff and technicians are very nice and helpful! Dr. Arnouk is rude, dismissive and makes you feel like you are bothering him if you ask a question. He does not listen to what you have to say. I told him of a issue I have had since a surgery I had a few years ago with another doctor and he looked at me and said NO. Really? just NO. He is arrogant to the point that it is obnoxious! He has a blank look on his face the whole time. I have never written a review of a doctor before. I am making an exception because I have never met such a rude, arrogant, cold doctor in my life!! If i could give 0 stars I would. He is absolutely awful!!
