The doctor and receptionists provided a fine service. I bought two eyeglasses from them and they were great. The doctor did a more thorough examination and found that my left eye had blood vessels growing in a different direction suggesting a problem. It's good that she did that exam when she didn't have to.

This is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My child was under this doctor’s care for four years and wore ortho-k (OK) lenses prescribed by her, strictly following all instructions — wearing them 8–10 hours a night as advised. We changed lenses three times during this period. Throughout those years, my child repeatedly reported blurry vision after wearing the lenses and often squinted to see things clearly. We raised these concerns with the doctor multiple times. Her response was that my child might just have a habit of squinting. On later visits, she said the dryness of the eyes might be the cause, and she quickly used eye drops before performing a vision check — something anyone with basic knowledge knows will temporarily improve vision clarity. Another time, she blamed the issue on the lenses not being cleaned properly. There were constant excuses, no real solutions, and no meaningful intervention. I also asked about my child’s prescription, and she kept insisting that the degree of myopia had either stayed the same or increased only slightly. But something didn’t feel right to me. Eventually, I sought a second opinion and switched to a new doctor. The new doctor asked us to stop using the lenses for two weeks before rechecking the vision. Shockingly, my child’s myopia had progressed from -1.50 (150 degrees) to -6.00 (600 degrees). This has been a terrifying realization for me as a parent. The delay and mismanagement due to this doctor’s lack of professionalism may have caused long-term damage to my child’s vision. I initially chose to trust this doctor because I believed in her expertise — now I deeply regret it. Not everyone is fit to be a doctor, and this experience proves it. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Great experience, friendly helpful staff. Dr. Cai is straight forward, when you get to know her she is actually very friendly and have great senses of humor. And her memory is unbelievable, she can recall things I have told her years ago, like she would asks about how my vacation was that I told her I was going on previous year, or how so can greet her patients by name when they come into the office. My sons and my nephews been coming here for a long long time, all 4 of them gotten the Otho k lenses for night time, 2 of them have finished with their treatment because they are all grown up, absolutely love the results, my older son started with the lenses first over 10 years ago with a low prescription I think about 200, so after stopping his treatment a year ago because you know college kids don’t sleep, so he stopped during junior year. Now he is only at 150, which means it actually better than before those night time lenses, he now only needs glasses for driving. My younger one still in high school and so far even though I forgot to change his lenses for a little over 2 years due to busy schedule his prescription is still around the same degree. His vision is still 2020. I wish I had this opinion when I was a kid so I don’t have to be so blind now that I can’t go anywhere without my glasses. Overall, Dr. Cai is great, plus she answers your calls and text messages even after work.

The lady without glasses at the front desk is consistently rude and unprofessional. We've had several encounters with her, and each time she appeared irritated and impatient. Asking even the simplest question feels like pulling teeth—she often gives no response or answers in a dismissive, annoyed tone. Her attitude makes it uncomfortable to approach the front desk for any assistance. It's disappointing to receive such poor service, especially from someone in a customer-facing role.

My 9-year-old daughter has been under Dr. Jing's care for over a year now for her ortho-k lens treatment. Recently, one of her lenses accidentally fell into a drain, and I was understandably concerned. Dr. Jing responded to my message right away and provided a reasonable quote for a replacement. She quickly ordered a new lens, and my daughter was able to have it fitted just the following week. Dr. Jing's team is equally fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially on a hectic Saturday morning, as I needed assistance with insurance issues (and yes, I admit, I forgot to update the insurance information!). My husband and daughter did have to wait too long for insurance clearance before being seen, but it was all handled smoothly. My husband also bring home with a pair of glasses for night driving. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jing for anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and caring eye doctor.
