I always have a wonderful experience at Kew Gardens Family Eyecare. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in. The optometrist is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions with care and patience. I am consistently impressed by how polite, thoughtful and professional everyone is. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I always leave feeling happy and confident that I received the best possible care. I highly recommend Kew Gardens Family Eyecare to anyone looking for exceptional service and a genuinely caring team!!

Dr Dong has been my eye doctor for the past 20+ yrs. My children, family and some friends go to him as well and we all agree he is simply the best. The level of attention and care by him and the entire team is top notch.

My first visit with Dr. Chin (2/5/2026) & the reception desk was excellent. Dr. Chin was very through with my eye exam and I greatly appreciated her expertise, patience and kindness. Her reception staff (Ms. Carin) also showed me the same. Ms. Carin's customer service is excellent. My new eye doctor going forward is Dr. Jennifer Chin. Thank you! ☺️

One of the best eyecare providers I've ever visited. Very nice and clean facilities. The staff is super friendly and they're very good with children (my 8yo and 5yo actually enjoyed their visits). I love that they don't push unnecessary procedures or products just to get more money (even though 8yo technically needs glasses, they said we could wait as long as it's not a problem in school). Overall highly recommend this eyecare provider for all ages.

Friendly staff willing to help. Watched them direct a person who was lost and couldn't figure out where they needed to be. As for me! I recently bought new glasses somewhere else and the script was wrong after two attempts to fix it. Unwilling to return a 3rd time a coworker found Family Eye care for me. I left the office confident and able to see clearly for the first time in years.
