Google review (Lisa Zzz (Zzz)): My two children have been seeing pediatricians here for four years. The doctors are very good and patient, but the nurses are just awful and extremely rude. They even yelled at me in front of my children and other parents. I was just late for my appointment because of traffic, and you can believe I was yelled at? I even apologized to her, but she kept yelling at me. I've had enough for four years now. We just want to see a doctor; we don't need to be yelled at. Although we like the doctors, we've stopped seeing them because of the nurses. I don't like writing this, but I couldn't take it anymore. I apologize to the doctor and thank them for their help. I feel very uncomfortable if I don't write this down. I hope the doctors can train more nurses so they don't offend so many people with their words. The difference between saying the same thing politely and saying it rudely is huge. I'm not talking about the young lady at the counter answering the phone.
