I almost didn’t go to this appointment but I’m really glad I did. I have huge doctor issues, and I was assaulted by a doctor as a child; I’ve found many doctors to be unsympathetic to my resulting PTSD. Despite working in an extremely time pressured environment, Dr. Chen talked to me for a really long time about my health, was incredibly conscientious of my needs, was willing to alter her treatment plans to reflect my personal issues, and was such a pleasant, intelligent, and unpretentious doctor. She is the most compassionate MD I’ve ever been to.
