Office is in a great location on Bowling Green. Dr. Nachum is thorough, client-friendly, and very efficient. Visit commenced on time and was over quickly. However, if there were issues with my eyes, I'm confident Dr. Nachum would have taken whatever time was necessary to address my problems.

I visited this place in December for an eye exam, glasses, and contact lenses. The doctor seemed great and professional, but unfortunately, the staff was very careless. Right after my eye exam, I ordered contact lenses. I waited about a month without hearing anything back, so I called them—only to realize they had likely forgotten my order. Two weeks later, the contacts finally arrived and I picked them up. After using the contacts for a while, I noticed my vision was getting significantly worse and I started experiencing pain in my eyes. I decided to get a second opinion, and when I looked at the prescription they gave me, I realized the lenses I had received didn’t match—it was the wrong contact for my left eye. While I take some responsibility for not double-checking the order, I never expected such a serious mistake from an eye care provider. Today, I got my vision checked at another clinic and found out that the vision in my left eye has deteriorated dramatically—something that has never happened to me before. I’m extremely upset, and I truly believe this decline was caused by wearing the wrong contacts. Please be cautious if you choose to go here. The doctor may be good, but the staff’s negligence can seriously impact your health.
