Inna Abramova, MD

Wish both my husband and I had met Dr Abramova earlier - an excellent professional, caring, attentive to detail, analyst who thinks outside the box. We have lived in the country for over 30 years and can say that Dr Abramova is one of the best. She would communicate with patients directly if there’s a concern before a follow-up appointment. Yes, the wait is long but so much worth it!

The doctor is OK but receptionists are horrible. They transfer you to lines that keep ringing, you have to hang up, call back and argue with them. After explaining to receptionists that I already saw an injury specialist and needed to see a physical therapist, the receptionist spoke belittlingly, "how can I give you a referral if you haven't seen the physician yet?" Why would I need to go back to square one if I already had an examination by a specialist and I'm already at the rehabilitation part? All I needed was a referral, it takes a minute to do by fax.

Dr. Abramova was very pleasant and trusted me as a patient to provide her with my history and what it was that I needed. She was very prompt with writing a prescription based on my lab results. Office staff were all very professional and polite. Office environment is very clean and neat. No wait at all. She has evening and Sunday hours. Everything is electronic.

Dr. Abramova is a very good doctor. She is very responsible, great with making diagnosis. She is great with patients and very caring. She is a good person and makes patients feel comfortable.

If I couldn’t give this doctor zero star I would. Took my husband there for a 120 appointment and I’m still waiting outside two hours later. Why schedule appointments so close together If you clearly can’t handle the work load!
