Dear doctors! I am writing to urgently bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the communication and behavior of your front desk staff. On multiple occasions, I have been told in the morning to call back after 2:00 PM. When I do call after 2:00 PM, I am then informed that I am late and advised to call the next day — even when the following day is a day off. I am not given the opportunity to explain the situation or speak fully. Furthermore, after interrupting the call, staff members later claim that patients are being rude, which is unfair and inaccurate. This situation has happened not only to me, but to other patients as well. I respectfully request that you review this matter and address the conduct and communication practices of your assistants, as this creates unnecessary stress and prevents patients from receiving proper support. Dr. Bilik has been my doctor since 2017, if it wasn't for him I might not be here today I had a pulmonary embolism in short a blood clot that could have killed me. He's taken very good care of me ever since. He's a great doctor and a good man.

Dr. Ilya Bilik and his staff run a highly professional and overall amazing office! The wait time is very short, treatment is great, office staff are courteous, and refills are done very quickly. An excellent experience each time. Highly recommend!

Office staff was nice. The nurse was very friendly..made me feel at ease. Very gentle when she took my blood. The Dr as always took his time...he truly cares about his patients.
