𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐔𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 I waited over 3 hours at Dr. Ilya Blokh’s office, along with others who had been there 4–5 hours. Staff ignored complains and treated me like a nuisance. The office itself is located inside what seems like a regular apartment in a residential building — not a professional medical space. After finally being sent to the lab (which is located in a completely different building), I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get my blood drawn — where were literally no people! (Picture below) 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 — 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞. 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐩 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐊. 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. 𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲.

1 month ago I went to this place and doctor with my problems and he said that he’ll send my medicine to a pharmacy then when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication they said that he didn’t send it yet and I called them so that they can send my medication but they said that right now his busy and every time I called him he said yeah I’ll send it but never did I do not recommend this place and doctor all he does is get your money and waste your time mind you I was very ill at that time too so please if your very ill or sick do not go here and waste your time go to actual place that’ll help ‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️

I visited the office twice and will NEVER go there again. The 1st time I waited to see the doctor for over 2 hours. 2nd time it took 3 hours. Other patients complained about the same and one even walked out. The scheduled appointment time means nothing to them. This is ridiculous. Also, this hemotologist office doesn't take blood tests, instead they send patients to the lab at the hospital next block. Unheard of. Office is tiny and clattered, too small for the large staff working there and for the amount of patients in the waiting room. The doctor has personally asked the basic questions and entered my answers into the system which explains why each appointment takes soo long - normally this is done by the nurse before the doctor sees a patient. The doctor was eating fruits during my 1st appointment and had fruits on his desk during my 2nd one. I told him that he disrespects his patients by making them wait for 3 hours for a 10 minute appointment and by eating in front of them. He got all defensive instead of apologizing and completely dismissed my points. What a waste of my time and money.

The best doctor me and my husband met in Brooklyn so far. I wish Dr. Blokh could be our primary care doctor! Very very respectful, responsible, very attentive to every single detail, very kind, so knowledgeable! He pulls out for all the possible tests that other doctors have ever done, he doesn’t want to miss the slightest detail. GREAT DOCTOR! BEST OF THE BEST! We would trust him with our life!

Great place, Dr Blokh is very knowledgeable, wish he was my primary MD. Everyone in the office is polite and kind
