Dr. Henry Chen, MD, is indeed a highly skilled doctor, capable of handling difficult cases. However, at the 8th Avenue clinic, the receptionist acted like she owned the place. I simply had an appointment and didn't show up, and she yelled at me: "If you don't come next time, cancel your appointment! Don't block my way!" It's laughable. She thinks herself it was a five-star hospital, with such an arrogant tone. Even with an appointment, I still had to wait two hours to see the doctor. What kind of appointment is that? It's ridiculous. The clinic's name sounds nice, but these people should be worthy of that name.

Worst clinic. I advise you to change to a different one. The wait time is ridiculous, even if you have an appointment. Too many patients and only two doctors.

Dr. Chen is so professional and caring. He’s simply the best doctor out there.

Wait over 2 hours , Jing Rong Lu ,Agnp asked come in . First my husband had higher blood pressure, I told her , he can not sleep good at this a few weeks, I asked the medicine for help, She recommended to buy from Costco. Second I asked for fill out the form from my job. Physical exam report is good in a year. But she did not want to do, she said must wait a week from today’s . I told her, we don’t have time for that. Then She told me , it is your problem, doesn’t matter to me .

Front Desk don’t know how to greet and apologize! They don’t check (or double checked) the birthday and name of the patient. They checked me in under my moms name! When I told that’s not me it’s my mom’s name ..they don’t listen they keep insisting and told me wait for my turn! When they trying to fix it no apologies at all! The waiting time to call by the Dr. more than 2 hrs. Worst place to go when you are not feeling well and want see the Dr.
