I had my eyes done with great results -- Hank listened to what I wanted and teased out the details until he came upon a solution. He provided multiple options and communicated expectations clearly. He also showed great care and bedside manner during the whole process, from consultation to operation and aftercare. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Dr Chien is great personality, caring, polite, most importantly professional and expert. He is a doctor with integrity and professional ethics which is a quality that is really rare among plastic surgeons today.

Terrible service. Made bad surgery and refuse to fix it. That’s why he is not doing it anymore. Only do needles to make quick money. Zero star!!!!
