Great services. Dr. Bach is warm and friendly. Relaxed environment. His receptionist is quite lovely. Dr. Bach has a great sense of humor! Be prepared to laugh! He explained everything right after he put the bib. Answered any questions I have. I was there for a routine cleaning with X-rays. He does need new waiting area chairs. The fabric was very dirty. It's very dated..70s throwback 😊 It is also hot as the devil in there. Gotta be at least 84°.

The worst dentist you could ever imagine. I was there today and swore not see this guy again as long as I live. I should say, however, that the girl at the office was pleasant and very nice, all the opposite to that doctor. I asked him to check my bite since I've been biting my right cheek, then he started to examine my mouth and asked me which tooth was loose? This guy is out of his mind, I never mention the word loose. All he cares is about money; took x-rays and gave me a superficial cleaning that I do it myself at home much better than his. All and all please stay away from this office, it is a dirty office and his appearance is horrible. I had never before been seen by a dentist like this one. Horrible experience! I should've known better because when I saw the place my intentions were to go back home because I was very skeptical, but then I said to myself let's give it a try, but the trial resulted in a bad experience. Incredibly satisfied with service at this dental office. The young lady at the front desk was super cordial, patient and understanding. I needed an earlier appointment date and she was able to accommodate me for the same day on such short notice.Dr. Bach was very detailed and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my dental concerns. Dr. Bach was reassuring and made me feel at ease. I understand that everyone is different, but it blows me away that anyone could give this place a one star review. Highly recommended.

Great Dentist. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Took care of my problem immediately. I thought it was one thing and Dr Bach ruled it out with a test and fixed me up. A very thorough exam and x-rays. Dr Bach took his time to answer all of my questions. Front desk Manager Jillian is professional and very knowledgeable. Very willing to help you out. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Bach and staff.

First time there and it was great. The secretary was polite and professional as well as funny and friendly depending on your sense of humor.😂😂 But overall a super great experience dentist cleaned my teeth manually without his machine which made me feel that job was done more thoroughly!! I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen which in other establishments it's been a lot more. I would definitely recommend this dentist but I would ask that you please bring a positive attitude!!
